First: Purchasing of Egyptian Standards:
1. The client registers on the website by clicking (New User) and fills in the registration form.
2. Upon registration a password to be sent to the user at his e-mail address.
3. The client re-accesses EOS website using his username and password.
4. To collect information about a certain standard, the client should click the icon "Standards" below the heading "Electronic Shopping" Or click "Electronic Shopping" below the main menu of the website Or through the advanced search. Using one of these methods the client can search for the required standard through more than one entry such as (Number of the standard – Title – Sector of the standard such as engineering, chemical….etc, international classification for standards) or using Egyptian Standards Catalogue available at EOS website.
5. The client should follow the previous methods to get a standard number.
6. The client should click the icon "Add" and then click "Add to purchasing basket". In case of purchasing more than one standard, the client should repeat the previous step.
7. The client should click "Purchasing Basket" then click "Pay".
8. On opening the bank page, the client should click "Resuming procedures"
9. An e-mail message to be sent to the client clarifying that the electronic payment process has been done successfully, and directing him to the private documents item on EOS website.
10. The client should click "Private documents" and then click "Loading document".
Second: Annual Subscription
1. The client should register at EOS website by clicking the icon "New User" and fill in the registration form.
2. Upon registration a password to be sent to the user at his e-mail address.
3. The client should re-access EOS website using the username and password.
4. The client should click "Annual Subscription" menu.
5. The client should choose the square related to the industrial sector to which he desire to subscribe, along with the delivery method. Then he should click "Present".
6. On opening the bank page, the client should click "Resuming procedures".
