After Accreditation by UKAS, Accepting the First International Certificate Issued by the Laboratory in the European Market

In the way towards universality, EOS/SGS Laboratories for Textiles and Ready-made Garments have been accredited by both the Egyptian Accreditation Council and the United Kingdom Accreditation Service UKAS, the highest international body concerned with laboratories accreditation. Consequently, EOS/SGS Laboratories will be considered locally and internationally accredited reference laboratories allowing the access of the products tested in them into any country all over the world.

Dr. Mahmoud Eisa, EOS President, confirms that accreditation of laboratories is achieved more hastily and with less costs on the governmental bodies through the Public Private Partnership System due to the link between the name of reputable international company and the governmental transparency.

Eng. Osman Mohamed Osman, SGS Chairman, said that the certificate that is currently issued by the laboratories is holding the governmental nature, represented by EOS, the international name of SGS, EGAC and UKAS. Moreover the fulfillment of the accreditation requirements achieved the integration between the governmental and private organizations and staffs.
