Egyptian Quality Mark is the mark approved by EOS, refers to the conformity of the product to the relevant standard and it indicates that EOS has an active control system and quality assurance system to produce a high quality product.

The presence of the Egyptian Quality Mark  (voluntary) on any product means that this product has been inspected ,tested and be assured of its conformity to the relevant Egyptian and foreign standards and that the producing establishment is applying an integral system for quality control and fulfilling the required criteria and provisions to ensure the capacity of this establishment to provide a high quality product as required .Granting Quality Mark licenses for products in the different industrial sectors (engineering-chemical-food products. - textile) is accomplished according to the application submitted by the establishment and depending on the results of technical studies carried out by EOS in this respect including the conformity of the  product to the relevant Egyptian standards.

The Egyptian Quality Mark system is based on the international norms indicated in ISO Guide 28/1982

General regulations

The establishment is responsible for the information provided to EOS and EOS has the right to take any procedure in case of any breaching.

he establishment obtaining a conformity certificate for a certain product has the right to publicize it provided that it indicates exclusively the supplying process issued in this connection.

EOS has the right to request for any certificates or testing reports which are carried out during the production stages of the product which requires obtaining a conformity certificate.
