The Minister of Trade and Industry has issued decree no.701/2005 on 11 September 2005 for obliging establishments, having ISO certificates for Quality, Environmental or Safety Management Systems or International, regional or foreign quality marks, to register these certificates at EOS when obtaining and renewing any of them. Moreover, it is forbidden to fix ISO logo on any of products, advertisements or correspondences by ISO certified institutions ….( complete text of ministerial decree ) .
